I have a mole on the sole of my right foot. According to superstition, it means that I am a "layas" (Cebuano term for nomad), someone who can't stay in one place. My love for travel may have been attributed to this mole but I am not buying it. I love to travel because I love to learn new things and so far it has been the best way I know. I am my best version of myself when I am traveling. It would seem that I have a lot of energy and I am filled with excitement. Even if something will go wrong, I would be able to get out of it because I have my wits fully-functioning. One of the contemporary advice I came upon is to spend on experiences, not on material things. I am proud to say that I have not invested in anything other than travel. I would say, I work to travel. My mission in life is to travel the world and get paid or go on an all-expense-paid trip.
Here are the places I have been to. Some of these places I reached because I saved and some fortunately because I had to go there because of work or training. In a way, it's sort of in line with my mission in life- I was paid to travel.
